Sailboat Life; The Ultimate Quarantine in Costa Rica | Episode 65

On this episode of WE|Sail, life aboard a sailboat has plenty of benefits, especially during a worldwide lock down. While in Costa Rica we start to see the seriousness of the COVID lock down watch now and are encouraged to social distance.

Any plans of inland adventures along the Osa Peninsula have been put on hold so we hoist the sails and explore the coast by boat.

Out on the boat and away from everything else, we don't really get the full grasp of what the rest of the world is going through. Our world for the last year and a half has been a good amount of isolation.

So we sail up the Golfo Dulce and find the most ideal isolation. Tucked in the northern most point of the bay, we are surrounded by only nature, monkey's, macaws, and dolphins. There is not a soul around and we fully embrace the quarantine lifestyle.

We grow a bigger appreciation for the life we have chosen to live, more so than ever before. We are grateful to be where we are.
